MILLER, James Robert 71, of Tampa, passed away on Nov. 23, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Carol; daughter, Carolyn and her husband, Bass; granddaughters, Casey and Carly; daughter, Deborah and her husband, Mark; sister, Kathleen. He was a graduate of Southern Connecticut State College, a member of St. Francis Catholic Church and a Veteran of the Army.
