Captain James Richard Howard, 63, son of Beatrice and Richard Howard, died on August 7, 2013 in Ft. Lauderdale. He lived in Ft. Lauderdale from age 6 and graduated from Ft. Lauderdale High School. He enjoyed a long career as a commercial boat captain and fisherman and loved the ocean. He is survived by his sister, Suzanne Howard, and brother-in-law, Randall Stephens in Mt. Dora, FL. Jim will be greatly missed by many friends at Bahia Mar and the beach area.
