James Robert Montgomery, age 52, of Florence, died Saturday, July 5, 2003, at his residence.He was a native and lifelong resident of Lauderdale County. He was a member of Darby Drive Church of Christ and was employed by Lowe's as an appliance salesman.The visitation will be Monday from 1-3 p.m. at Darby Drive Church of Christ.The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. from Darby Drive Church of Christ, with burial to follow in Greenview Memorial Park. Officiating at the service will be Dorian Flynn.His parents, Ray and Mary Montgomery, and a brother, Fred Montgomery, preceded him in death.He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Doris Lovelace Montgomery of Florence; daughter, Susan Rena' Montgomery Haddock and husband, Chris, of Florence; granddaughter, Chloe "Angel Baby" Rena' Haddock of Florence; brother, Coy Montgomery of Florence; two sisters, Nina Lovelace and Ann Rickard, both of Florence; and his father- and mother-in-law, Grady H. and Geraldine Lovelace. Pallbearers will be Brian Myrick, James Clyde Lovelace, Brandon Lovelace, David Harlan Lovelace, Charles R. Haddock and Mickey Haddock.Honorary pallbearers will be Doyle Mills Jr., Grady H. Lovelace, Michael Haddock, Heath Haddock and Patrick Alexander.The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Alabama Inc., P.O.
