James ÒRandyÓ Peters October 8, 1964- December 20, 2006 COLUMBUS, GA— James ÒRandyÓ Peters, born October 8, 1964 in Columbus, died on Wednesday, December 20, 2006. Graveside services will be held at Parkhill Cemetery on Macon Road at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 27, 2006. The family will receive friends after the service at Eastside Assembly of God Church Fellowship Hall on Hodges and Miller Road. Randy touched many hearts as a singer and songwriter. He attended Eastside Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his mother, Juanita O. Peters and his father, James Peters, both of Columbus; one sister, Rhonda Peters Mounts and her husband Dean of Hamilton, GA; three brothers, Robert E. Peters, Ronnie L. Peters, and Rodney K. Peters and his wife Jennifer, all of Columbus; his paternal grandmother, Willie ÒMam-MawÓ Peters of Columbus; two nieces, Rachel Peters from Cataula, GA, and Ashleigh Mounts of Hamilton, GA; three nephews, Richard Mounts and Rex Mounts, both of Hamilton, GA, and Ryan Peters from Fayetteville, GA; several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins; friends; and church families.
