MCCORMACK James P. McCormack, age 67, of Ansonia, died Saturday at his home. He was the husband of Rose Noga McCormack. born in Derby on June 17, 1935, son of the late Henry and Marie Kirby McCormack. He was employed by Schick as a lead man in the molding injection department. A veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Marine Corp. Member of the VFW Post 597 in Ansonia and the Cardiac Rehab. Exercise Class at the Griffin Hospital. Survivors besides his wife are two daughters, Kathy Carey of Ansonia and Maureen Conrado of Jersey City, N.J.; one son, Edward L. McCormack of Ansonia; one sister, Patricia Witzmann of Seymour; three grandchildren. He was predeceased by one sister, Geraldine McCormack. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, at 8:30 a.m. from the Bennett Funeral Home, 91 N. Cliff Street. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in the Church of the Assumption. Calling hours are Tuesday, from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude1s Children1s Hospital in care of the Funeral Home.
