LANGFORD, JAMES ORVA 62, of Crescent Hill, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at Baptist Hospital East. He was retired from the maintenance department of the Louisville Water Company with 35 years of service and an Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Beesley Langford; his sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and Beth Langford and Greg and Carmen Langford; his sisters, Anna Halford, Flo Fitzhugh and Billie Bennison; his twin brother, John Langford (Darlene); a sister-in-law, Dee Langford; grandchildren, Garrett, Gabrielle and Ashton Langford; stepgrand- children, Nikko and Heather; and mother- in-law, Katherine Beesley. His funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, June 25, 2005, in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Avenue, with interment in Floydsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday. Memorial gifts are suggested to be made to the Baptist Hospital East Palliative Care Unit.
