->O'Toole, JamesJames O'Toole of Mt. Vernon passed away on September 8, 2011. He was born in Mt. Vernon on December 11, 1931 to Edward and Amelia O'Toole. James served our country proudly in the Air Force for 4 years. He worked as an installer for Verizon for many years. James is survived by his sisters Christine Serra and Carmela DeMauro; nieces Tina Marie Master and Pamela Serra and a nephew Joseph DeMauro. He was predeceased by a brother Anthony Serra and a nephew Gerald DeMauro. Family will receive friends from 1 - 5 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Funeral Mass 10:00 am Monday at St. Mary's Church, Mt.
