James Michael McDermott, 60 years old, of West Bridgewater, formerly of Randolph, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013 in West Bridgewater. Born April 6, 1952 in Boston, he was the son of the late Dorothy (McDonough) McDermott and the late James McDermott of Randolph. Michael is survived by his son Christopher McDermott and wife Laurie; his daughter, Jill McDermott Weaver and her husband Billy; his grandchildren, Alannah, Nicholas, Reece, Mia and Jack; he also leaves behind many friends and his extended family, The Moneghan Family (Montys) of West Bridgewater. Following cremation, a Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Parish, 211 North Main St., Randolph. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph.
