WEEKS James M. Weeks, 77, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2006. Born on May 6, 1929 in Belmore, FL, he was retired after 41 years of service with the Clay County Road Department. Mr. Weeks was a lifetime member of the Clay County Cattlemen's Association; a former member of the 4-H Advisory Board as well as a former member of the Clay County Farm Bureau. He was a member and Deacon at Beulah Baptist Church in Belmore and will be dearly missed by his many family and friends. Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years, Carolyn Weeks; children, Jimmy (Joan) Weeks, Wayne (Stacey) Weeks, Janice (Mike) Rhoden and Louisa (Randolph) Padgett; 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 1 niece and 3 nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, June 16, 2006 (Tonight) at Beulah Baptist Church, Belmore, FL on Hwy. 21 South of 16. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 17, 2006 at Beulah Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Estes, Rev. Wescott Holloway and Rev. Ronnie Surrency officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chad, Ryan, Brad and Dusty Weeks, Justin Mosley and Mike Brazell.
