WILSON, JAMES LOUIS It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jim Wilson, 57 of Fredericton, NB. He passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at the Saint John Regional Hospital on December 30, 2006. Born June 3, 1949 to Ralph (Jim) Louis Wilson and Christina Laurie (Wylie) Wilson. Survived by his three children, Tricia Lea Jarrett (Bill), Michael James Wilson, and Laurie Ann Wilson; four grandchildren, Ryan and Megan Goodine, Shane Jarrett and Ashley Wilson; his parents; a sister, Ann Lambert (Tom); a brother, Robert "Bob" Wilson (Karen); nieces and nephews, aunts, an uncle, and cousins. After graduating from Fredericton High School, Jim continued his education, graduating from NB Teachers College then obtaining a Bachelor of Education Degree from St. Thomas University. He pursued a career in teaching in Nackawic from 1971- 1996. He had a passion for woodworking, coached minor hockey and was involved in community services. His love for his children and grandchildren will never be surpassed. He will be greatly missed. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday January 2, 2007 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton. A memorial service by the Venerable John Sharpe will be held Wednesday January 3, 2007 at 1:00 pm at St. Ann's Chapel of Ease 245 Westmorland Street, Fredericton. The extra special treatment and care by the staff of the dialysis unit and 4 C N of the Saint John Regional Hospital is appreciated and will never be forgotten.
