MacLEOD - James Leonard October 1, 1949 - July 17, 2009 Jim is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Lynn, his children Jeff (Shannon), Tracey (Wayne) Yerxa and grandchildren; Kaylin, Callum, Connor and Brianna, brothers John (Jo-anne), Mike (Janis), sister Janet (Larry) Steinmann, brother Donald (Muriel), sisters-in-law Jane, Lorraine, Francie, Linda and Del and several nieces and nephews. Jim is predeceased by his parents Niel John and wife Doreen as well as brother Roddy. Jim was a member of the Vancouver Fire Department for 36 years and recently retired as Battalion Chief in January 2009. He'll be affectionately remembered as "Barney Rubble" by his comrades and he'll be sorely missed by all, especially Oceans 8. Prayers will be held at All Saints Catholic Church, 821 Fairfax Street, Coquitlam on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 8pm with a Catholic Mass on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 10:30am.
