WilliamsJames "Jim" Williams, 58, passed away August 13, 2011 at home surrounded closely by loved ones to the last breath. He was a 23 year resident of Wakulla County (previously a resident of Perry, FL.).Jim served in the U.S. Navy as a Gunner's Mate for four years. He was vice-president of Buck Bottom Hunting Club and operated the Williams BP for nearly 20 years as a staple of the community. Jim enjoyed all types of hunting and fishing, as well as nature and exploration, often spending hours scouring the Earth or below the water's mysterious surface for artifacts of ancient times. His outdoor tendencies leant toward a knowledgeable green thumb.Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at Wilcox Cemetery in Perry, FL. His mother, Patricia Woods, as well as sisters, Dail Bodziony and Trisha Nix. Three grandchildren as well as his dearest friends, Neal Williams and Wayne Aikens.He is preceded in death by his father, Beasley Williams, and brother, Joe Williams.
