KELLY , James, T., 78, of Port Richey, Fla., passed away on July 9, 2004 at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point. Born in Oconomowoc, Wis., James moved to the area in 1972 from La Grange, Ill. He retired as a computer operator for the V.A. Administration in Chicago, Ill. He was of the Roman Catholic faith.
