James "Jimmy" Fred Flanagan, 64, passed away, Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014 in Tallahassee.He was born in Dalton, Ga., grew up in Macon, Ga., and moved to this area in 1993. He was a retired Senior Chief in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the VFW.Graveside services were held Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Panacea Cemetery in Panacea.
