BRYANT James Edward 'Jim' Bryant, age 62, departed this life on Tuesday, October 5th. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patsy; son, Jimmy Jr.; daughter, Erika Nace (Chuck); grandchildren, Brittany Thalleen, Autumn Nace, Carrie Shoop (Andy), A.J. Nace (Rebecca); great grandson, Jahmai Shoop; mother-in- law, Noretta Smith; nephews, Joey, Timmy and Ken Bryant; sister-in-law, Nydah Bryant; uncle and aunt, Burrell and Evelyn Griffin of Thomasville, GA; and 'adopted' son, Mike Ethridge. Mr. Bryant was a lifetime resident of Jacksonville. He was employed by a local steel company for 33 years and finally was co-owner of Elite Fence Co. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, October 23rd at 2 p.m. in First Methodist Church of Jacksonville.
