James E. "Rusty" Casey, 58, of Louisville, died Friday at his residence. He was a security guard at Caesars Indiana and a former employee of the Jefferson County Public School System. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, where he served two tours of duty. He is survived by his brother, Walt Casey. His funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Lebanon (KY) National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Monday at Russman & Son Funeral Home.
