FOREMAN James Donald Foreman, 82, passed away on Sunday February 26, 2006. He was a native of Jacksonville and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He retired form CSX Railroad after 47 years of service. He was Baptist by faith. Mr. Foreman is preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Anne S. Foreman and sons James Donald Foreman III and Steven E. Watson. Survivors include his sons, Kenneth Bateman (Debbie) of Gainesville, and Leonard Foreman (Debbie) of Keystone Heights; daughter, Darlene Lugin of Melrose; brothers Danny Foreman (Bessie) of Hilliard, Fred Foreman (Donna), and Clifford Foreman (Judy) all of Jacksonville; sister, Marie Thornton (Wayne) of Jacksonville; grandchildren, Tim, Donald, Lisa, Tracey, Michele, Nikki, JaneŽ, Brandy, Sherry, and John; 14 great grandchildren. Funeral services with military honors will be held on Friday March 3, at 11am in the Northside Church Of God, 5252 Dunn Avenue, with Rev. James Todd officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6pm until 8pm at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Rd.
