Mr. James Barton SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mr. James Barton of 142 Heather Drive, passed Monday, July 5, 2010, at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Mr. Barton was the husband of Mrs. Venita Betts Barton of the home. He was the son of the late Mr. Frank Barton and Mrs. Charity Simpkins Barton. He a native of Fairfield, FL. Survivors include nine daughters; one son preceded him in death; and one brother, Mr. William Barton, Sr. of Boynton Beach, FL. The viewing of Mr. Barton will be held Friday, July 9, 2010, from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel. Memorial service will be held Saturday, July 10th, 2010, at 1;00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness on Crescent Ave. Brother, Russel Evans will give the discourse.
