North Stonington - James Alan White, CDR, U.S. Coast Guard (Ret.), 69, of North Stonington, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, surrounded by his family. Burial service with full military honors will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va.
