Jacqueline Mims Smith, 60, St. Augustine, entered into eternal life on Jan. 3, 2011, at Flagler Hospital. Life Celebration services have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011, at Mt. Moriah Christian Ministry, the Rev. Ronald Stafford, pastor, and the Rev. Philip Brown, officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Chase Chapel and from 10 a.m. until the service hour on Tuesday at the church.Mrs. Smith worked with the St. Johns County School Board serving in numerous capacities.She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Daryl Smith, St. Augustine; children, Lavender, James and Pansy Perkins, St. Augustine; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers; sisters; nieces; nephews; other relatives and devoted friends.Leo C.
