JACKSON Arthur Lee Jackson, age 78, Church Deacon, former US Postal Employee, Owner of Jackson's Janitorial Service, US Army Veteran, passed on Monday, October 27, 2008 at the VA Medical Center (Gainesville, FL) The Homegoing Celebration for Deacon Jackson will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Mount Hermon Missionary Baptist Church (1510 NE 2nd Street, Gainesville, FL) with his Pastor, Reverend Terry D. Dorsey, delivering the Eulogy. Burial will follow at the Bosque Bello Cemetery (Fernandina Beach, FL). Mr. Jackson will be viewed at Duncan Brothers' Funeral Home on Tuesday (2:00-8:00PM) and at the Church on Wednesday 30 Minutes prior to the Services. He will also be viewed at the Bosque Bello Cemetery during the Committal Service (approximately 3:30PM on Wednesday). He is survived by his Ex-Wife - Edith Jackson; two Daughters - Betty (and Cannon) Mitchell and Gloria Jackson; his Son - Ronald (and Wanda) Jackson (Bennie Lee Jackson preceded him in death); Brothers - William D. (and Melba) Jackson and James Jackson; Sisters - Brenda Jordan and Wanda Jackson; five Grandchildren - Charmaine and Candace Mitchell and Skyla, Keyah and LaChariot Jackson; Great Grandson - Jonah Blutcher; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
