June Marie Jordan, 84, a former resident of Sheffield, Ala., passed away July 18, 2011, at the home of her son in Titus, Ala., surrounded by her family. She attended the Disciples of Christ "Christian" and was a former member of the Shoals Christian Fellowship. Visitation will be 12:30–2 p.m. Saturday, July 23, 2011, at Greenview Funeral Home, with the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. John Brannon, pastor of Harmony United Methodist Church, assisted by the Rev. Thomas M. Allen. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Park.Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Jordan Sr.; brothers, Sam, Charles, Bill and Ralph Ware; and a grandson, Benjamin Allen.She is survived by her sons, John E. Jordan Jr. and wife, Karla, of Titus, Ala., Glen A. Jordan and wife, Gail, of Jacksonville, Fla.; daughter, Marie E. Allen and husband, Larry, of Madison, Ala.; sister, Betty Jo Ware, of Jacksonville, Fla.; grandchildren, Linda M. Zinke, of Prattville, Ala., Jennifer M.
