WILLIAMS, JULIA MAE, 83, Country Club Drive, Orlando died on Thursday, June 3, 2004. She was a retired Pastry Chef and Caterer. She is survived by her loving daughters, Theodora (Billy) Rowe, Rosetta Davis, and Earlene Dowdell; sons, Jerome (Linda), and Joseph (Vernell); brothers, Cotis (Irene) and Andrew Mills; 17 grandchildren.
