JACKSON, JULIA MAE KIRKPATRICK age 88 of Springville, AL passed away on June 3, 2012. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and Mimi who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a member of South Roebuck Baptist Church. She retired from the State of Alabama Disability Determinations Department. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Alvin David Jackson; children, Mark David Jackson of Birmingham, AL and Judith Jackson Eady (Barry) of Tallahassee, FL; grandchildren, Elizabeth Eady Kistner (Roy) of Tallahassee, FL, Bradley David Jackson of Birmingham, AL, Brandon Jackson Eady of Lakeland, FL, and Trenton Kirkpatrick Jackson of Columbia, AL; great grandson, Tristan Clyde Kistner of Tallahassee, FL; special family friend, Larry FitzGerald of Birmingham, AL; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. A celebration of her life will be on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM at South Roebuck Baptist Church, 501 Mountain Drive, Birmingham, Al 35206. Visitation will be at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Memorials may be made to New Beacon Hospice. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing. >
