Julia M. White, a longtime resident of Buchanan, NY, passed away on February 2, 2004. She was 98. Julia was born on February 20, 1905, the daughter of Patrick and Julia Mitchell Donahue. Locally, she was a parishioner of St. Christopher's Church in Buchanan, NY. Julia is survived by her daughter, Jane (Richard) Booth of Buchanan, NY; and her son, Henry White of NYC, NY. Four grandchildren: Richard A. (Lymari) Booth, Matthew and Robert Booth and Stacy (James) Zambrano and one great-granddaughter, Makayla Zambrano also survive Julia. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles, son, Charles and brother, John Donahue. Calling hours will be today from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 170 Kings Ferry Rd., Montrose, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 am at St. Christopher's Church in Buchanan. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
