<!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->July 25, 1943 - Oct. 8, 2014 Julia (Judy) Conquest Jackson passed away October 8, 2014 in Huntsville at the age of 71. Judy was a resident of Guntersville and Marshall County for more than 50 years. She was born July 25, 1943. She graduated from Marshall County High School in 1961. She was married to Lavon Jackson for 49 years before his passing in 2011. They were long time members of Henryville United Methodist Church. Judy is survived by a son, Alan Jackson of Guntersville and a daughter and son-in-law, Kristn and Terry Click of Huntsville. She is survived by 4 grandchildren: Rachael Click McCarty of McCalla; Valerie Click of Huntsville; Benjamin Click of Huntsville; and Hunter Jackson of Guntersville. Sisters-in-law, Pat Smith of Guntersville, Mary Conquest of Nashville, and Frances Conquest of Albertville, and brother-in-law, Tommy Jackson of Gallant, AL, also survive her. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fennell Lavon Jackson; father, J.B. Conquest; mother, Bonnie Conquest; and brothers, Jackie Conquest and Joe Conquest. Visitation will be held at Marshall Memorial Funeral Home on October 9, 5 pm – 8 pm and October 10, noon – 1:30. Graveside services will take place at Marshall Memory Gardens on October 10 at 2:00.
