Funeral services will beheld on Saturday, April 25,2009 at 12 noon at the BeulahBaptist Church, Hope Hull, ALwith the Rev. Ben Matthews,officiating. Interment will follow in Beulah Baptist Cemetery with Phillips-Riley FuneralHome directing. The bodywill lie in state at the churchone hour prior to the service. Precious memories of her lifewill forever be in the hearts ofher family: Her five sons,James (Frances) McQueen,Jr. (Montgomery, AL), Otha B(Lois) McQueen, (Hope Hull,AL), John (Dorothy)McQueen and Roger (Christine) (both of Montgomery,AL) and Arthur (Brenda)McQueen (Hope Hull, AL);guardian of Calvin (Brenda)Brown, Rev. Loretta Payne,and Alfredia (Eugene) Williams (all of Montgomery,AL); nineteen grandchildren,thirty-nine, great- grandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren; two sisters,Mary Ann (Erwin) Hunter (Richmond, CA), Layette Sanders(Pittsburgh, PA); one brother,James (Janie) Cobb (Gary,IN); five step-sisters & brothers,Dorothy Peterson, CarolynThomas, Juanita Jett, CarlosTodd and Henry Todd; two sister-in-laws Annie MaeMcQueen (Hope Hull, AL)and Myra Brown (Indianapolis, IN); two brothers-in-laws,Eli Williams, (Birmingham, AL)and Cleophus Shackelford(Detroit, MI) and a host ofnieces, nephews, cousins andfriends.
