John Jack Williamsof BinghamtonJohn Jack Williams, 68, of Binghamton, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2005, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. He is survived by one daughter, Dianne Haygood, Florida; two sons, Kenneth A. Williams and Wayne E. Williams, both of Binghamton; ten grandchildren; four brothers, Britt Williams, California, Vernard Williams, Binghamton, Robert Bob Williams, Florida, and James Williams, Binghamton; two sisters, Mary Stiemack, Johnson City, and Lucy Coleman, Binghamton; many nieces, nephews and cousins; also his former wife and friend, Yvonne Bonnie Williams. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean Conflict, and for many years was an auto mechanic at Tony's Sunoco, Binghamton. He was also an accomplished woodworker. He was a loving dad and granddad and will be greatly missed.Funeral and committal services will be held Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. at the Fischer-Scholder Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Chenango St., with the Rev. John R. Martinichio officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. until the time of service.
