Obituary of John-Robert-Hollis II


HOLLIS II, JOHN ROBERT "BOBBY", 21 of Sebring, FL, went to be with our Lord and Saviour April 1st, 2005. He was born in Orlando, Florida at ORMC on February 17th, 1984. He attended church at First Baptist Church of Kissimmee and First Christian Church of Babson Park. Bobby lived in Kissimmeee and then moved to Babson Park. He attended schools in both Polk and Osceola Counties. He enjoyed music, played the saxophone in band and aspired to be a DJ. He was very active in the youth and young adult departments at First Baptist Church in Kissimmee. He volunteered at the Humane Society of Polk County. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Nick and Betty Abey, and paternal grandfather, Lt. Col. William Nick Hollis (Ret.). He is survived by his father, John Robert "Rob" Hollis, of Kissimmee; mother, Nancy Hollis of Chuluota; his paternal grandmother, Doris B. Hollis of Orlando; his sister, Cristi Lynn Hollis of Sebring and brother, Michael Aaron Hollis of Blairsville, GA; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. Memorial Services will be held at First Christian Church of Babson Park on Thursday, April 7th, 2005 at 1PM. The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to the Ronald McDonald House in Gainesville, FL or to the American Heart Association.
