Obituary of John-Randall Carter

JOHN RANDALL <br/>CARTER -->JOHN RANDALL CARTER, 61 WINTER HAVEN - John R. Carter, born May 28th, 1953, and died Friday, December 5th, 2014, at Hospice of Palm Beach County after an extended battle with lung cancer. He was a native of Winter Haven and graduated from Winter Haven High School in 1971. A lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers, he lived his final years in West Palm Beach. He is survived by his wife, Evis Carter; daughter, Jennifer Vick; grandson, Orion Vick; and brother, Hubert Carter. Services are to be announced and will be held in West Palm Beach.
