GAROFAL, JOHN B. "JACK", IIIJohn B. "Jack" Garofal, III, of Rhinebeck, NY, died Saturday, April 16, 2005 at his home. Jack is survived by his loving wife, Patricia M. Garofal and his children and their spouses; Kathy and John B. Garofal, IV of Lords Valley, PA, Victoria L. and Howard Glinsky of Suffern, NY, Pamela J. and Ralph Heavner of Stoney Point, NY, Sherri I. and Jim Parisi of Minnetonka, MN, Brian J. and Debbie Garofal of Nanuet, NY, and Robert A. Garofal of Congers, NY, 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive him. A Veteran of the US Navy. Jack was also an avid antique car buff and an active member of the Red Hook Antique Car Club. He and Pat enjoyed traveling extensively. Jack is fondly remembered as the guy who could find just the right widget or "thing-a-ma-jig" in the Rhinebeck Hardware Store. Born December 2, 1932 in Spring Valley, NY, he was the son of the late Gertrude and John B. Garofal II. He graduated from Spring Valley High School. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00AM Tuesday at Burnett & White Funeral Homes, 91 E. Market St. Rhinebeck. Burial will be at Rhinebeck Cemetery.
