Obituary of Joann Carter

CARTER, JOANNMrs. Carter, 60 of Chiefland, died on June 2, 2010 at Shands @ UF. She has been a lifelong residence of Chiefland. Mrs. Joan Carter is survived by her Five Children: Glenda Jackson, Janice Hall, Freddie Hall, Linda Jean Carter McHenry, Keith Carter, 18 Grandchildren, 7 Great-Grands. 6 Siblings: Frankie Thomas, Dorothy Sheppard, Eloise Guyton, Elouise Evans, Sylvia Lee Hastings, and Walter Carl Heath, Jr. The Services for Mrs. Joann Carter will be held on Saturday at 11:00am at New Jerusalem COGIC with Pastor Irene Wells delivering the message. Burial will follow in the Trenton Community Cemetery, Trenton, FL. Visitation hours for Mrs. Carter will be held on Friday at the funeral home in the "Wade Greenlee Memorial Chapel" from 5-8pm.
