Jeanne-Fitzgerald Lee, born in 1928, spouse of Professor Lee, daughter of Paul-Brice and Helen-Marie, died at 75 years old.
Jeanne FitzGerald Lee, 75, of Cornish, NH, and formerly Miami, died August 9th in Hanover, NH. Born March 22, 1928, New York City, daughter of Paul Brice and Helen Marie (Closs) FitzGerald. Graduate of New Rochelle High School and College of New Rochelle in New York. She had lived in Westchester until her marriage in October of !967 to Richard H. Lee and they moved to Miami, FL where her husband was a Professor of Law at the University of Miami Law School in Coral Gables. They moved to Cornish, NH in 1983. Mr. Lee predeceased her February 1, 1987. Jeanne was a world traveler and designed many world trips for clients from her mid-town Manhattan office. She was a former nationally ranked tennis player and also loved the game of golf. Son Richard H. Lee III of Nutley, NJ; daughter Dianne Morgado of Keaau, Hawaii; two nieces and two nephews survive her. Brother Paul "Bud" Fitzgerald and sister Patricia Hammer predeceased her. Visitation, Tuesday evening (August 12), 7 pm-9 pm at Rand-Wilson Funeral Home in Hanover, NH. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, 11 am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Windsor, VT with the Reverend John F. Mullin, SJ as officiate. Burial will be in Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, NY at a later date. Contributions in her memory may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 30 Union St., Windsor, VT 05089.
