EDWARDS, JANET R., age 78, of Casselberry, passed into Heaven on February 4, 2004 from heart failure. She was born on April 24, 1925 in the mid west and moved to Orlando in the late thirties. She attended Orlando High School, and later in life, after raising her family, she graduated from Rollins College. Mrs. Edwards was a retired supervisor for Winter Park Telephone and attended Aloma Baptist Church. She is survived by her three sons, Randy of Winter Park, Bruce (Edith) of Davenport, and Phil (Sherri) of Winter Springs; brother, Sam Randolph of Maitland; sisters, Judy (Bill) Chiles of Dallas, TX, and Joyce Dolci of Merritt Island; five grandchildren and four step grandchildren; and 13 step great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her former husband, Harvie Edwards of Gulfport, MS. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Randolph Toy; her step father, Chester Toy; her father, Glenn L Randolph in 1933; and brother, Richard in 1944. Funeral services for Mrs. Edwards will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 in the chapel of Collison's Howell Branch Funeral Home with Rev. John Pereira officiating.
