BRENNAN, JAMES ROBERT "JIM", 64, of Orlando, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 26, 2006 with his family by his side. Jim was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 16, 1941 to Thomas C. and Mary Monica Brennan and was the eldest of five boys. Jim moved to Orlando in 1948, attended St. James Catholic School and graduated from Bishop Moore High School. Jim was a retired District Chief for the Orlando Fire Department. Jim enjoyed life to the fullest by spending time with his family, golfing with friends, sharing a joke and a laugh with everyone, watching his grandchildren grow and his grandson play baseball. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Karen Hall Brennan; sons, Robert, John and Steve; grandchildren, Mitchel, Katelyn and Raina; daughter-in-laws, Catarina and Kathy, all of Orlando; brothers, Patrick of Tampa, Richard of Apopka, Thomas of Clermont and William of Odessa. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2006 at 11AM at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 4545 Anderson Rd. under the direction of Dove Funeral Home, Orlando, 407- 851-1983. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Comforter.
