ORD, JAMES KENT, 69, of Longwood, went to be with his heavenly Father on Sunday, March 2, 2003. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, he moved to St. Petersburg in 1946 and then to Longwood in 1963. He was retired from Florida Power Corporation serving 43 years with them. His love was barbershop quartet music of which he was a member for many years. He was a member of the Cathedral of the Incarnation. He served his Lord doing countless volunteer work at church and visitation of the sick in hospitals and nursing homes. He was a loving and devoted father to his three daughters. Preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Michelle and his parents. He is survived by his very loving wife of 47 years, Cornelia; daughters, Jennifer Danielle and Sandra Nicholl; two grandchildren, Joey and Kendall; and his aunt Anne Braum. Memorial Service will be held Thursday, March 6, 2003, 3PM, at Christ Episcopal Church, Longwood.
