SMITH, Ivan BryceIt is with great sorrow we announce that Ivan Bryce Smith of Stony Plain, Alberta passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at the age of 62 years.Ivan is survived by his wife Dorothy Smith; children Christopher Smith, Michelle Smith and Lindsay Smith; two grandsons Preston Smith-Wright and Carter Smith-Wright. Ivan is predeceased in death by his mother Esther Smith. He is also survived by his father Bryce Smith; brother Gary (Marilyn) Smith; sister Cathy (Scott) Andrews and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.For those that wish, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Alberta Diabetes Association.A Viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Service (128 Queen Street), Spruce Grove, Alberta. The Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Sandhills Community Hall (52632 Range Road 270) Spruce Grove, Alberta from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
