AUGUSTA, Ga.-Mrs. Irma I. Anderson, age 85, beloved wife of James L. Anderson, entered into rest Sunday, February 29, 2004 at Windemere Health Care Center. Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker and a resident of Augusta for over 50 years and a member of Sherwood Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at 1 p.m. at Elliott Sons Funeral Home Chapel, 2524 Lumpkin Rd. with Rev. Marion L. Jay officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by a daughter, Jean Stout. Survivors include her loving husband, James L. Anderson of Augusta; daughters, Ann Prolop (John) of Pittsburg, Pa., Jeannie Hayes of Waynesboro, Ga.; son, Jimmy C. Anderson of Augusta, Ga.; sisters, Margie Turner of Acworth, Ga., Tommy Love of Atlanta, Ga., Carolyn Saunders of Dallas, Ga., Doris Wright of Ala.; brother, J. P. Grogan of Acworth, Ga. and son-in-law, John Stout. Also survived by seven grandsons, Danny, Joey, Johnny, Steve, Michael Prokop, Johnny Stout and Shaun Anderson; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Special friends, Lee Dixon, Sarah Wooten and Betty Crenshaw. Serving as Pallbearers will be Billy Dixon, Billy Welch, Vic Crenshaw, Rodney Crenshaw, Jimmy Maness and Danny Faulkner. Family will receive friends Tuesday (this evening) at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Rd., Augusta, Ga. from 6-8 p.m.
