Irene P. Jackson, 84, Venice, died March 12, 2002. She was born Oct. 7, 1917, in Ashtabula, Ohio, and came to Venice in 1979 from Mentor, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Survivors include a daughter, Linda Jesky of Conyers, Ga.; a son, Douglas of Powell, Ohio; sisters Mildred Mattison of Lakeland and Helen Filzenger of Mentor; brothers Cosmo Pinelli of Venice and Jimmy Pinelli of Ashtabula; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today at Lemon Bay Funeral Home, Venice Chapel, with a service to follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Burial will be later.
