Irene L. Lambertof Fitchburg, St. Joseph Church member; 90 FITCHBURG -- Irene Leona Lambert, 90, formerly of 424 Clarendon Street, died Sunday, June 2, 2013, at Life Care Center, Fitchburg.Miss Lambert was born in Fitchburg, October 16, 1922, a daughter of Octave and Leona M. (Jacob) Lambert, and was a lifelong Fitchburg resident. She was a 1940 graduate of Fitchburg High School.She leaves her sister, Sister Doris Lambert R.C.E. of Framingham; and many friends.For nearly 30 years, Miss Lambert worked at First Safety Fund National Bank in Fitchburg before retiring July 1, 1985.She was a member of St. Joseph's Church and the Daughters of Isabella.She enjoyed roller skating, frequenting flea markets, and was an accomplished ballroom dancer.LAMBERT -- A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 5th at St. Joseph's Church, 49 Woodland Street, Fitchburg.
