(Foley) November 6, 2006, after a long illness; wife of Herbert Carter; mother of Debbie (Bob) Johnson, Bob (Renee), Jim (Tammy), Tim (Lisa) and the late Ricky Carter; grandmother of Rick, Jennifer, Corrine, Kristen, Sean, Kyle, Michael, Justin, Andrew, Daniel, Chris and Erica; also survived by brothers, sisters and many friends. Friends may call Friday 7-9 PM and Saturday 1-3 PM followed by Memorial Services Saturday at 3 PM at the KAISER FUNERAL HOME, 1950 Whitehaven Rd., Grand Island. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
