CARTER Irene F. Passed away September 21st in her 85th year. She is survived by her daughter Linda and grandson Spencer of Crofton; son Craig (Wendy) and sister Marjorie (Doug) Franklin of Richmond. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 4th at 12 p.m. in the Chapel of the Richmond Funeral Home, 8420 Cambie Road, Richmond, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
