Irah Marie Jackson Irah Marie Jackson, 85, a resident of Bartow passed away May 7, 2008 at the Consulate Health Care of Winter Haven due to heart failure. Mrs. Jsckson was born April 18, 1923, in Wauchula to Sam and Gennie Murphy. She was a retired school bus driver for Polk County. She is survived by a son, Lamar Walker of Bartow; a sister, Ethel Ash of Arcadia; great-grandchildren, whom she raised, Nichole Massey and Chelsea Massey both of Clermont; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
