Ida Mae Smith, 97, formerly of Greenville, died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2001, at Harlem Hospital. Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Dan and Jane Williams. Surviving are a sister, Mamie Dirton of Greenville; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. Graveside services were held Thursday, March 8, 2001, at Pinedale Memorial Park.
