Denise May LANDRUM, SC-- Ida Denise May, 42, of 319 Laurens Road, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010. She was the daughter of Audrey Pierce Clayton of Landrum and the late Lloyd Clayton. She was a hairstylist. She is survived by Phil Pierce; a son, Caleb Emory; four daughters, Brittany May, Brooke May, Liza Emory, and Sarah Clayton; a brother, Joseph Clayton; a half-brother, Lloyd "Sonny" Clayton, Jr.; and three half-sisters, Kay Oliver, Wanda Clayton, and Deborah Clayton. She was predeceased by a sister, Pamela Clayton. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, August 6, 2010, at Petty Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at a later date.
