-> Irene Lee, the mother of six children and the wife of the late George Lee, died Sunday August 28, 2005 at Hospice Savannah Inc. Mrs. Lee retired from Goodwill Industries after 25 years and returned to work part-time for 5 years. She taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School at Jasper Springs Baptist Church, and later joined the East Side Church of the Nazarene, where she taught Sunday School and was on the Church Board. Survivors: one son and daughter in law, Emory and Connie Lee, of Savannah; five daughters and sons in law, wonderful daughter who cared for her mother for 5 years, Joyce Morrison, of Savannah; Linda and Warnell Brown, of Ellabell; Annie and Ski Gednalske, of Aurora, Colorado; Deborah and George Little, of Savannah; Peggy and Frank Harden, of Savannah; 12 grandchildren, 11 great- grandchildren, 2 great great- grandchildren, and all of her Goodwill family. Graveside Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday August 30, 2005 at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery,Statesboro, GA., with Rev. David Horne officiating.
