August 16, 2005 Hugh Foy, 68, of 115 Oakleaf Drive, Weedsport, died Tuesday in University Hospital. Born in County Cavan, Ireland, Hugh lived in Brutus for the past 20 years. He was employed for 39 years at J.R. Clancy Co. of Syracuse and later he workedat International Wire Co. in Jordan. Hugh was a member of the AOH in Syracuse. Surviving are his wife of 41 years, the former Mary Bayeur; a son, Hugh Patrick (Jessica) Foy of Marcellus; a daughter, Rose Mary Foy of Weedsport; a brother, John Fay of N. Syracuse; two sisters, Bridie (Thomas) O'Sullivan and Rose Marie (John) McCabe, all of Dublin, Ire.; four grandchildren, Matthew, Bryan and Amanda Murray, and Jason Foy. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Bush Funeral Home, Elbridge. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 120 E. Main St., Elbridge.
