HOWELL Elizabeth Devlin Howell, age 79, of Atlantic Beach passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2003. Originally from Stellarton, Nova Scotia, Canada she has lived in this area since 1964 and retired from Underwoods Jewelers. She was a Navy wife of 30 years and is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Harry C. Howell, four children, James Clifton Howell of Atlantic Beach, Theresa Howell Anson and her husband, Larry of Jacksonville, Timothy P. Howell and his wife, Patti of Jacksonville and Stephen M. Howell of Atlantic Beach, nine grandchildren, three great grand children, and nieces and nephews in Massachusetts and Canada. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Edward Howell. Visitation for family and friends will be from 12 Noon until 2 PM on Saturday, January 18, 2003, followed by funeral services beginning at 2 PM in the chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach.
