Howard Shaw Howard Shaw, 76, who was retired from the Department of Transportation, died Saturday Dec. 21, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Blanche Shaw. The service will be at 11 a.m. today at Rick Gooding Funeral Home Chapel (352-498-5400) in Cross City, with burial at Cross City Cemetery. Other survivors include two daughters, Linda Shaw of Corpus Christy, Texas; Markie Sterling of Pensacola; a brother, Conrad Shaw of Charleston, S.C.; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
