JONES, HOWARD LEE, 77, of Louisville passed away March 17, 2012 at Baptist East Hospital. He was a Baptist by faith and retired from the Naval Ordnance after 36 years as a supervisor. He was a Navy Reserves veteran and a member of NARFE, AARP, and the Naval Ordnance Retirees Association. Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years, Jean (Duvall) Jones; children, Renee Jones, K.C. Jones (Kimmie Ann), Jeffrey K. Jones (Kim) and Judy M. Jones; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; brothers, J.C. Jones (Joyce) and John M. Jones; niece, Robin Ritter; two great-nieces; and many other beloved family members. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Tuesday, noon-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
